4 - 5 lgcarrots, peeled and cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces

kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

How To Make roasted glazed carrots

1Peel the carrots and cut into 1" or 2" pieces.

2Remove rosemary needles from the stem.

3Chop the rosemary.

4Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil and the carrots.

5Season with salt and pepper.

6Cook, tossing the carrots so they color on all sides (about 5 minutes).

7Add the butter, rosemary, and honey.

8Continue cooking until the carrots are brown and tender (about 5 - 7 minutes more).
