Ingredients For roasted glazed carrots

  • 2 Tbsp
    cooking oil
  • 4 - 5 lg
    carrots, peeled and cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 sprig
    rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey

How To Make roasted glazed carrots

  • Peeled carrots cut into pieces.

    Peel the carrots and cut into 1" or 2" pieces.
  • Rosemary removed from its stem.

    Remove rosemary needles from the stem.
  • Rosemary chopped.

    Chop the rosemary.
  • Carrots and oil in a skillet.

    Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil and the carrots.
  • Carrots seasoned with salt and pepper.

    Season with salt and pepper.
  • Tossing the carrots so they cook evenly.

    Cook, tossing the carrots so they color on all sides (about 5 minutes).
  • Butter, rosemary, and honey added to the carrots.

    Add the butter, rosemary, and honey.
  • Continuing to cook carrots until browned.

    Continue cooking until the carrots are brown and tender (about 5 - 7 minutes more).
