roasted cauliflower steaks
I've been wanting to try roasting cauliflower and so tonight was the night. I used what I had and they turned out amazing! I must say, the sweet Hungarian paprika and the Parmesan cheese made the cauliflower taste so good that I ate more than what was on the plate. LOL I'll be making this again for sure! Super healthy and a new way to serve up some veggies. The paprika really made the cauliflower steaks look pretty too.

Ingredients For roasted cauliflower steaks

1 mdcauliflower, sliced

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

dashgarlic salt
-
dashbeau monde seasoning

1 - 2 tsppaprika, sweet mild

3 - 4 Tbspparmesan cheese
How To Make roasted cauliflower steaks

1Slice up the cauliflower in 1/2 inch thickness or so. Place in a roasting pan and brush with olive oil on both sides. Season with garlic salt, beau monde, paprika and generously with grated Parmesan cheese all on just one side.

2Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes till tender. Give or take on the time. Serve immediately.
