Ingredients For roasted cauliflower gratin

  • 1
    head cauliflower
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/3 c
    panko
  • 1/2 c
    shredded parmigiano reggiano cheese
  • 2 c
    heavy cream

How To Make roasted cauliflower gratin

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Break the cauliflower into florets and lay them in a single layer on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt,.Roast for about 15 to 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile add butter to a small saucepan and let it melt. Add the garlic and saute 30 seconds. Mix in the Panko and cook until browned. Toss in 3 tbsp of the cheese. Remove from heat and set aside

    Place the heavy cream in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low and simmer until reduced to about 1/2 cup.

    Mix in the remaining cheese and cauliflower. Place in a baking dish and top with the Panko ;mixture. Bake for about 5 minutes.
