Ingredients For roasted cauliflower

1head cauliflower

2-3garlic cloves, peeled and minced

1lemon

olive oil

salt and pepper

parmesan cheese, shredded

paprika (optional)
How To Make roasted cauliflower

1Cut cauliflower into florets and put in a single layer in an oven-proof baking dish. Add garlic. Sprinkle a lemon over cauliflower and drizzle each piece with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 15 -25 minutes.

3Test with a fork for desired doneness. Remove from oven and sprinkle generously with shredded parmesan and paprika for color.
