Ingredients For roasted cauliflower

  • 1
    head of cauliflower chopped (or bag of frozen, chopped cauliflower)
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder (you can substitute any spice you choose)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil spray

How To Make roasted cauliflower

  • 1
    Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2
    Spray bottom of cookie sheet with olive oil. Add cauliflower and spread out over entire pan.

    Spray cauliflower with olive oil to lightly coat. Sprinkle seasonings over cauliflower.

    Bake for 25 minutes or until brown around edges.
