Ingredients For roasted cauliflower

1head of cauliflower chopped (or bag of frozen, chopped cauliflower)

1/4 tspgarlic powder (you can substitute any spice you choose)

salt and pepper to taste

olive oil spray
How To Make roasted cauliflower

1Heat oven to 425 degrees.

2Spray bottom of cookie sheet with olive oil. Add cauliflower and spread out over entire pan.

3Spray cauliflower with olive oil to lightly coat. Sprinkle seasonings over cauliflower.

4Bake for 25 minutes or until brown around edges.
