Test Kitchen Tips
Depending on the size of your butternut squash, roasting time will vary. Ours took 35 minutes.

1Slice in half and remove seeds. Take your squash and rub it down with oil.

2Place in a pan. Then sprinkle brown sugar over it. I pool a little extra in the concave space. Then pour about a cup of water into the bottom of the pan.

3Cook at 450F until fork tender.
