roasted brussel sprouts
(1 rating)
My youngest daughter, Katrina, turned us on to this great recipe! She has four children ages 2 to 10 that love these! She roasts most of her veggies this way and the kids lick their plate clean. My husband and I love brussel sprouts but now this is the only way he really likes to eat them.

How To Make roasted brussel sprouts
-
1Wash and cut stem end off brussel sprouts. Cut in half. Put in bowl large enough to blend ingredients.
-
2Add minced garlic, kosher salt, pepper and pour in olive oil. Stir gently to coat brussel sprouts.
-
3Spread on foil lined (for easy clean up) baking pan. Put in Preheated 400 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes until lightly browned. I gently stir them halfway through cooking time. Enjoy!

4Note: You can just mix it all together on baking pan. We like to cook them on foil on the grill. And sometimes we like to add some bacon bits with them too.
