My youngest daughter, Katrina, turned us on to this great recipe! She has four children ages 2 to 10 that love these! She roasts most of her veggies this way and the kids lick their plate clean. My husband and I love brussel sprouts but now this is the only way he really likes to eat them.

Note: You can just mix it all together on baking pan. We like to cook them on foil on the grill. And sometimes we like to add some bacon bits with them too.
