Ingredients For roasted brussels sprouts

2 lbBrussels sprouts, fresh or frozen

1 tspdried thyme

1 tspdried oregano
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 tspKosher salt
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
1/4 colive oil
-
1/2 cbalsamic vinegar
How To Make roasted brussels sprouts

1Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. If using fresh Brussels sprouts, cut the bottoms off the Brussels sprouts and trim off any damaged outer leaves. If using frozen, thaw and then cut in half.

2Put the prepared sprouts in a roasting pan.

3Add all of the seasonings.

4Then top with olive oil and vinegar. Toss to coat.

5Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.

6Remove from the oven and stir.

7Put back in the oven and cook for 20 - 25 minutes or until tender and caramelized.
