My husband and I love Brussel sprouts. I make them a ton of different ways. This recipe is one of our favorites.

Ingredients For roasted brussel sprouts

2 lbbrussel sprouts, fresh or frozen

1 tspdried thyme

1 tspdried oregano
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 tspkosher salt
-
1/4 tspblack pepper

1/4 colive oil
-
1/2 cbalsamic vinegar
How To Make roasted brussel sprouts

1If using fresh brussel sprouts, cut the bottoms off the Brussels sprouts and trim off any damaged outer leaves. If using frozen, thaw and then cut in half.

2Put the prepared sprouts in a roasting pan. Add all of the seasonings. The top with olive oil and vinegar. Toss to coat.

3Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir. Put back in the oven and cook for 25 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
