Ingredients For roasted brussels sprouts

  • 2 lb
    Brussels sprouts, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    balsamic vinegar

How To Make roasted brussels sprouts

  • 1
    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. If using fresh Brussels sprouts, cut the bottoms off the Brussels sprouts and trim off any damaged outer leaves. If using frozen, thaw and then cut in half.

    Put the prepared sprouts in a roasting pan.

    Add all of the seasonings.

    Then top with olive oil and vinegar. Toss to coat.

    Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Remove from the oven and stir.
  • 7
    Put back in the oven and cook for 20 - 25 minutes or until tender and caramelized.
