    asparagus spears woody ends removed
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    capers chopped
  • 4 Tbsp
    each mayonnaise and heavy cream
  • salt and pepper

How To Make roasted asparagus with caper aoili

    Preheat oven 400 degrees. Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on cooking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle sea salt. Roast about 10 minutes.
