Crunch! For those of us who don't do much canning, these pickles, with their fresh dill flavor, will make others say, "WOW, I can't believe you made these!"

Ingredients For refrigerator dill pickles

15 smpickling cucumbers

40fresh dill sprigs

2 lgonions,thinly sliced

5 clovegarlic,sliced

1 qtwater
-
1 qtwhite vinegar

1 ccanning salt
How To Make refrigerator dill pickles

1Cut each cucumber lengthwise into four spears. In a large bowl,combine the cucumbers,dill,onions and garlic;set aside.

2In a Dutch oven, combine the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil;cook and stir just until salt is dissolved. Pour over cucumber mixture;cool.

3Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Store in the fridge for up to 3 months. *You can put them in jars and pour some of the liquid in each and do as suggested above*
