Ingredients For refrigerator cukes

7 ccucumbers, kirby, sliced

1 conion, sliced

1 Tbspsalt

2 csugar
-
1 cwhite vinegar
-
1/2 cwater
-
1 tspcelery seed
-
1 bunchdill, fresh

3-4 clovegarlic
How To Make refrigerator cukes

1In a large bowl combine cucumbers, onion and salt. Cover and let stand for 1 hour.

2In a saucepan combine sugar, vinegar, water and celery seed. Allow to come to a boil and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool.

3Drain cucumbers well. Pour cooled sugar mixture over cucumbers. Add dill and garlic.

4Refrigerate for 1-2 days. Place in sterile jars. Store refrigerated.
