Ingredients For red cabbage

1 mdred cabbage

1/2 cvinegar or lemon juice

1 tspsalt

1 Tbspshortening, rounded

1/4 csugar
How To Make red cabbage

1Shred cabbage fine.

2Put shortening and other ingredients in pot. Cook until cabbage is tender.

3Watch and stir adding a little pepper and other spices you enjoy, water also to keep it moistened.
