Ingredients For really easy roasted cauliflower

  • 1 md
    cauliflower, small florets
  • 2 Tbsp
    avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    lawry's seasoned salt (or 1 teaspoon of salt and your favorite spices)
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper (optional)

How To Make really easy roasted cauliflower

    Preheat the oven to 425°F, then line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Cut the cauliflower into even, bite-sized pieces. (The more even the pieces, the more even the cauliflower will cook)

    In a large mixing bowl, add the cauliflower pieces, melted butter, oil and all of the seasonings. Mix well, until the cauliflower is evenly coated.

    Spread the cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is brown and crispy.
