    purple asparagus (available at trader joe's), cut into 2" sticks
  • 2 c
    yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 md
    sweet potato, cut into sticks
  • 1 1/2 c
    sliced mushrooms
  • 2 md
    red peppers, sliced in circles
  • 2 c
    sugar snap peas
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    garam marsala

How To Make rainbow veggies in garam marsala

    pre-slice veggies
  • 2
    heat olive oil, sprinkle in garam marsala

    first add asparagus, saute for 10 minutes then add the remaining veggies and saute another 20 minutes

    remove from heat and serve
