Very easy way to use up a bounty of homegrown tomatoes. Wonderful for people eliminating carbs as well! Just like pizza but without the crust!

2-3 lgtomatoes

5-6 sliceprovolone cheese
How To Make provolone-topped tomatoes

1Pre-heat oven to 350. Spray bottom of 9X9 glass pan with non-stick spray

2Slice tomatoes thinly and layer on the bottom of the glass baking dish.

3Place provolone slices over the tomatoes.

4Bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
