Ingredients For praline topped sweet potato casserole

3 or 4large sweet potatoes, peeled and boiled

1/2 cbrown sugar, packed firmly

1/2 cbutter
-
1/2 corange juice concentrate, undiluted

1/4 tspcinnamon
- TOPPING:

1/3 cbutter, melted
-
1/2 cflour
-
3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 cpecans
How To Make praline topped sweet potato casserole

1Peel and cube sweet potatoes. Boil until fork goes through easily. Drain and combine sweet potatoes, brown sugar, butter, orange juice and cinnamon. Pour into a buttered casserole dish.

2Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
