I received this recipe from a neighbor during our annual subdivision get-together. My husband really liked this side dish. It is a refreshing dish to serve during the summer months. It is a perfect side to make for outdoor barbeques.

Ingredients For pimento vegetable salad

1 canfrench style green beans

1 canla seur peas - small spring peas

1 canwhite shoepeg corn

4 oz. jarpimento - chopped

1 bunchgreen onions - chopped

1green pepper - chopped
- DRESSING:

1/4 cvinegar
-
1/4 csugar
-
1/2 csalad oil
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper
How To Make pimento vegetable salad

1Combine all dressing ingredients and bring to a boil.

2Cool completely.

3Drain all vegetables and put in a medium sized bowl.

4Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix well.

5Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight and serve!
