Ingredients For pickled carrots

3 1/2 cmatchstick carrots

2 tspblack peppercorns

2 tspmustard seeds

4 clovegarlic whole

1 ceach white vinegar and water

1 Tbspkosher salt
How To Make pickled carrots

1Divide the carrots up between 2 pint jars. Add 1 tsp black peppercorns and mustard seed to each jar. Add 2 cloves garlic to each jar.

2Add the vinegar and water into a saucepan. Add the salt cook just until the salt is dissolved. Pour brine over each jar.

3Water bath for 15 minutes to seal jars.
