Ingredients For pickled beets

beets, trimmed

5 csugar

5 capple cider vinegar

2 cwater

1 Tbspsalt
How To Make pickled beets

1Cut tops off beets leaving about 1-2 inches on top, leave roots on. Boil in water for about 30 minutes. Cool and remove skins. Slice.

2Heat in a saucepan: sugar apple cider vinegar water salt

3Pack sliced beets into jars and cover with the hot liquid. Place tops and rings on jars and process for thirty minutes.
