3 lgsweet red peppers, thinly sliced

1/2 cbread crumbs
How To Make peasant peppers

1Place peppers in two 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pans. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss to coat.

2Bake at 400° for 30-35 minutes until tender and skins are slightly blackened. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until lightly browned. 3 points per serving
