Ingredients For parsnip casserole

  • 3 c
    cooked, mashed parsnips
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    cooked, cubed ham
  • 1 c
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    crushed cornflakes

How To Make parsnip casserole

  • 1
    Season hot parsnips. Mix ham, mushrooms and cheese. Alternate layers of parsnip and ham mixture in a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle top with cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
