Ingredients For parslied mushroom patties

  • 3
    eggs, slightly braten
  • 3 c
    coarsely chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 can
    seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 3 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    freshly ground pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • sour cream

How To Make parslied mushroom patties

  • 1
    Combine first 9 ingredients; mix well. Form into 6 patties. Fry in oil over mrdium heat until browned on each side. Top each patty with sour cream and serve. Makes about 6 servings.
