Ingredients For parmesan roasted cauliflower

  • 1 sm
    head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/2 c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • fresh parsley chopped for garnish

How To Make parmesan roasted cauliflower

  • 1
    Preheat oven 400 degrees. Toss the cauliflower with the butter and olive oil. season with salt and pepper.
  • 2
    Transfer the cauliflower to a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast the cauliflower about 20 ot 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. and place back in the oven until cheese melts.

    Garnish with parsley
