How To Make parmesan roasted cauliflower

1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the cauliflower florets in a single layer.

2Mix the melted butter and olive oil together and drizzle over the cauliflower. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 20 minutes.

3Mix the parsley and cheese together. Sprinkle over the roasted cauliflower. Bake another 10 minutes.
