Ingredients For parmesan ranch mushrooms (slow cooker recipe)

  • 16 oz
    small/medium button or crimini mushrooms
  • 1 stick
    unsalted butter
  • 1 pkg
    (2 tbsp)hidden valley ranch mix
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How To Make parmesan ranch mushrooms (slow cooker recipe)

    Brush/wipe mushrooms clean, trimming bottom of stems if needed. If you have large mushrooms cut them in half, or quarters. Drop into a crock pot.

    In a small pan, melt the butter and whisk in the Ranch dressing mix. Pour over the mushrooms. Sprinkle Parmesan over top.

    Cover and cook on High for 4 hours. Serve as desired! YUM!
