Ingredients For parmesan panko roasted cauliflower

  • 1
    head cauliflower
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/2 c
    panko
  • 1/2 c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese

How To Make parmesan panko roasted cauliflower

    Preheat oven 425 degrees. Cut the cauliflower florets into slices. Place the pieces on a baking sheet
  • 2
    Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in oven for 15 minutes.

    Toss the Panko with 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle on the cauliflower. Roast for another 10 minutes.
  • 4
    Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and roast another 3 minutes. Serve
