2 smacorn squash,halved and seeded

1 Tbspbutter,melted

1 Tbspbrown sugar

1 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese

1/4 tspground cinnamon
How To Make parmesan-glazed acorn squash

1Heat oven to 375' Cut each squash in half;clean out. Place cut sides up,in a 13"x 9" baking dish. Add 1/2 cup warm water to dish and cover. Bake 40 minutes or until squash is tender

2Mix butter,sugar and oil;spoon over squash. Top with cheese and cinnamon;bake,uncovered,5 minutes.
