    head cauliflower broken into large florest
  • olive oil
  • black truffle salt
  • 1/2 c
    parmigiano-reggiano shredded

How To Make parmesan crusted cauliflower w black truffle salt

    Preheat oven 400 degrees. line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add some salt and add the cauliflower florets. Cook until crisp tender about 3 minutes. Drain and arrange on baking pan.

    Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black truffle salt. Add the cheese to the top of each floret. Bake for about 10 minutes. Until cheese has melted and browned
