Ingredients For oven roasted cauliflower

  • 1 md
    head cauliflower (about 2-1/4 pounds), trimmed and cut into florets
  • 3 clove
    garlic, thinly sliced or more if you want
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    panko bread crumbs

How To Make oven roasted cauliflower

    Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

    Combine cauliflower and garlic in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Transfer, in a single layer, to a large rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Roast at 450 degrees F for about 25 minutes,stirring once.

    Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately
