Ingredients For oven roasted cauliflower

1medium head of fresh cauliflower, trimmed and cut into florets

3 lgcloves garlic, thinly sliced

1/4 colive oil

2 Tbsplemon juice

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make oven roasted cauliflower

1Heat oven to 450 degrees. Combine cauliflower and garlic in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

2Transfer, in a single layer, to a large rimmed baking sheet or pan. Roast in oven for about 25 minutes, stirring once. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
