12medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

2 tspsalt

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsppaprika

1/2 tsppepper

1/3 cvegetable oil
How To Make oven-fried potatoes

1Place potatoes in 2 resealable plastic bags. Combine the Parmesan and seasonings and add to potatoes. Shake to coat.

2Pour oil into 2 15X10X1-in. baking pan; pour potatoes in pans.

3Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until tender.
