Ingredients For oven-fried potatoes

  • 12
    medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil

How To Make oven-fried potatoes

  • 1
    Place potatoes in 2 resealable plastic bags. Combine the Parmesan and seasonings and add to potatoes. Shake to coat.

    Pour oil into 2 15X10X1-in. baking pan; pour potatoes in pans.

    Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until tender.
