Ingredients For oven baked beet root

3 mdbeet roots, raw

2 Tbspolive oil
-
salt and pepper
-
1 tsprosemary, dried

3 1/2 ozgreek yogurt
-
salt, to taste
-
1 tsphorseradish, prepared (or more to taste)

salad herbs, optional
How To Make oven baked beet root

1Preheat oven to 350°F (convection oven)

2Peel the beets and slice, about 1/2 inch thick

3In a bowl, combine sliced beets with salt, pepper, rosemary and oil.

4Place slices on a baking paper lined baking tray and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes. Turn the slices half way through the baking time.

5While baking, combine yoghurt, horseradish, salt to taste and salad herbs

6Serve the beet root slices hot with the horseradish dip
