Ingredients For oil and vinegar coleslaw

  • 1 c
    oil
  • 1 c
    vinegar
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 lg
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    shredded carrots
  • 1 lg
    green pepper, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lg
    head cabbage, finely chopped

How To Make oil and vinegar coleslaw

    Shake oil, vinegar and sugar well.

    Finely chop all other ingredients and mix well in a large bowl.

    Pour dressing on top and mix well. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours before serving.
