Ingredients For my fried garlic corn with parsley

2 bag14oz. frozen sweet corn

1 Tbspgarlic, minced

1/2 stickbutter
-
1 Tbspdried or fresh parsley

salt & pepper to taste
How To Make my fried garlic corn with parsley

1In a medium Cast iron skillet heated to a medium-low setting, pour your bags of corn in and place a lid on it and let it thaw the corn about 10 to 15 minutes.

2Add in your garlic and butter and parlsey on top and stir to mix thoroughly. Watch the corn as it starts to brown lightly. Remove from heat and serve.
