1 lbfresh mushrooms sliced

1 Tbspfresh basil chopped

1/4 cwhite wine

1/2 cheavy cream

salt and pepper

microgreens for garnish
How To Make mushrooms with basil cream

1Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the mushrooms and saute until the liquid has released. With a slotted spoon remove mushrooms to a plate and set aside.

2Add the wine to the pan and bring to a boil and reduce by half. Add the heavy cream, basil and season with salt and pepper

3Add mushrooms back to the sauce. Warm 1 minute. serve as a side dish garnished with microgreens or serve over chicken or pork cutlets.
