1SAUTÉ MUSHROOMS IN BUTTER N OLIVE OIL...DO NOT MIX. LET IT GET COLOR...THEN AFTER 3 min. MIX.

2ADD SHALLOTS N COOK FOR 2 MINUTES ....THEN ADD FLOUR COOK FOR ADDNL MINUTE ;)

3ADD MARSALA N THYME...COOK FOR A MINUTE OR TWO.

5ADD COOKD PASTA.....OR U CAN ENJOY THESE DELISH MUSHROOMS WITHOUT THE PASTA :)
