Ingredients For mom's frozen corn recipe

  • 12-14
    ears of fresh sweet corn, husked
  • 2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 pt
    1/2 & 1/2
  • salt

How To Make mom's frozen corn recipe

    Cut the corn off of the cob.

    Fill a 9 x 13 pan 3/4 full.

    Mix in the other ingredients.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for about a half hour, or until the ingredients are bubbly all over. (It took about 40 minutes in my oven.)

    Remove from oven. Cool, package, and freeze. Mom used to use square freezer tupperware type containers. I use freezer bags.

    To serve later, remove from freezer bag and heat either on the stove top or in the microwave. Enjoy!!
