Ingredients For mom's classic veggie casserole

  • 1 box
    frozen cauliflower, cooked
  • 1 box
    frozen brussel sprouts, cooked
  • 1 box
    frozen broccoli, cooked
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 can
    mushrooms, drained
  • 4 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make mom's classic veggie casserole

  • 1
    Cook frozen vegetables. I use the microwave.

    Combine vegetables and the remaining ingredients together in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.

    Bake at 325, about 30 minutes.

    This is even better made a day early, refrigerated, and re-heated. Or serve after baking.
