    my veggie mash, added 2 tblsp fresh chopd parsley
  • 1/2 c
    parmesean cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, chopd
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour, seasond with 1/4 tsp each bulk pepper, salt, garlic powder and paparika
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil, divided

    MIX IN EGG, PARSLEY AND PARMESEAN CHEESE INTO LEFT OVER VEGGIE MASH

    FORM PATTIES N PAT BOTH SIDES IN SEASOND FLOUR

    HEAT UP HALF OF THE OIL N FRY UNTIL GOLDEN ON BOTH SIDES...ADD MORE OIL N CONTINUE FRYN REMAINN PATTIES. MAKE SURE THEY R DARK ENOUGH SO WEN U FLIP PATTIES THEY WONT FALL APART :)
