1 1/2 cflour, seasond with 1/4 tsp each bulk pepper, salt, garlic powder and paparika

1MIX IN EGG, PARSLEY AND PARMESEAN CHEESE INTO LEFT OVER VEGGIE MASH

2FORM PATTIES N PAT BOTH SIDES IN SEASOND FLOUR

3HEAT UP HALF OF THE OIL N FRY UNTIL GOLDEN ON BOTH SIDES...ADD MORE OIL N CONTINUE FRYN REMAINN PATTIES. MAKE SURE THEY R DARK ENOUGH SO WEN U FLIP PATTIES THEY WONT FALL APART :)
