4 csummer squash, cubed

1 lbpork sausage, cooked and drained

1 cdry bread crumbs

1/4 cgreen bell pepper, chopped

1/4 conions, chopped

1/2 cparmesan cheese, grated

2eggs, beaten

1/2 cmilk

1/2 tspsalt
How To Make mix'n'match squash casserole

1Place squash and a small amount of water in a large saucepan; cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain.

2Add all remaining ingredients; mix well.

3Transfer to a greased 11 x 7 x 2 baking dish.

4Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 30-35 minutes
