Ingredients For miso and ponzu roasted corn

  • PONZU
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    mirin
  • 1 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • FOR THE CORN
  • 5
    ears of corn
  • 1/2 tsp
    toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    miso paste
  • cilantro for garnish

How To Make miso and ponzu roasted corn

  • 1
    Mix all the ingredients together for Ponzu and set aside. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Stir the Miso and Roasted sesame oil together.

    Cut the kernels off the corn and place in a large bowl. Mix the corn with the ponzu and miso mixture. Lay out on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes until the corn is starting to brown. Stirring a couple of times.

    Serve garnished with cilantro
