Ingredients For miso and ponzu roasted corn
- PONZU

1/4 csoy sauce

1 Tbspfresh lemon juice

2 tspfresh lime juice

1 Tbspmirin

1 Tbsprice vinegar

1/2 tspred pepper flakes
- FOR THE CORN

5ears of corn

1/2 tsptoasted sesame oil

1 Tbspmiso paste

cilantro for garnish
How To Make miso and ponzu roasted corn

1Mix all the ingredients together for Ponzu and set aside. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Stir the Miso and Roasted sesame oil together.

2Cut the kernels off the corn and place in a large bowl. Mix the corn with the ponzu and miso mixture. Lay out on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes until the corn is starting to brown. Stirring a couple of times.

3Serve garnished with cilantro
