Ingredients For 'mexican street corn' casserole

2 canwhole kernel corn, well drained

2 cancream style corn

2eggs, beaten

1/2 cbutter, melted

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

1/3 cmayonnaise

1/4 clemon juice
-
1 tspchili powder (heaping teaspoon)

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspblack pepper
How To Make 'mexican street corn' casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan.

3Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
