Ingredients For mexican street corn

  • 6
    ears of corn husked and cut in half
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    agave syrup
  • 1 tsp
    sriracha sauce
  • 4 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • salt
  • 1/3 c
    shredded parmesan cheese (optional)

How To Make mexican street corn

  • 1
    Mix the mayo, agave syrup and sriracha together and set aside. Grill the corn until lightly charred on both sides.

    Brush the corn with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and red pepper flakes.

    Drizzle the mayo mixture over the corn and sprinkle with cheese if desired
