Ingredients For mexican corn salad

  • 1/4 c
    bell pepper
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 pkg
    spanish rice cooked - prepared
  • 8 oz
    velveeta cheese (small size) cut into small pieces to melt.
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 can
    corn drained

How To Make mexican corn salad

  • 1
    Saute bell pepper and onion.
  • 2
    Cook rice to directions.
  • 3
    Melt soup and cheese in microwave.
  • 4
    Add corn and other ingredients and place in a crock pot to serve or heat and serve.
