3 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make mexican corn casserole

1Beat eggs in a large bowl; add the next 8 ingredients and mix well.

2Stir in 2 cups cheese. Pour into a greased 13\"x9\"x2\" baking dish.

3Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 1 hour; top with remaining cheese.

4Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
