Ingredients For mashed potatoes

  • 2-3 lb
    potatoes
  • 1 c
    evaporated milk
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • fresh nutmeg, ground
  • 3/4 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepepr
  • 4 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make mashed potatoes

  • 1
    Peel and boil potatoes in salted water; 20-30 minutes, until you can pierce easily with a fork. Drain.
  • 2
    Mash potatoes in cooking pot with heat down or you can remove from the heat. Add milk, parmesan, butter, salt, nutmeg and stir until smooth. Heat for another 5-10 minutes.
