Ingredients For mashed faux-tatoes

    small cauliflower, or frozen florets to equal
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    sour cream

How To Make mashed faux-tatoes

    Wash cauliflower and break into florets
  • 2
    Microwave with a few tablespoons of water until soft
  • 3
    Whiz florets with butter and sour cream in a small food mixer until completely creamy and no lumps remain

    Serve immediately
