We love this recipe because not only do we like beans, but it reminds us of Basque beans you get in the restaurants. So good.

Ingredients For marinated beans

  • 2 c
    beans ( i use one can drained and rinsed)
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried basil or oregano
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make marinated beans

  • 1
    Drain and rinse one can of beans (pinto or white) Put in a bowl.
  • 2
    Then add all other ingredients and mix good and let marinate 2 hrs.
