1COOK SPINACH - DRAIN AND SAVE LIQUOR. MELT BUTTER OVER LOW HEAT AND STIR IN FLOUR UNTIL BLENDED AND SMOOTH. ADD LIQUOR SLOWLY - AVOID LUMPS. COOK UNTIL SMOOTH AND THICK. ADD SEASONING AND CHIUNKS OF CHEESE. STIR UNTIL MELTED. COMBINE COOKED SPINACH.
