  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped onions
  • 1/2 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c
    spinach juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp
    celery salt
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  • PINCH
    salt
  • 6 oz
    jalapeno cheese roll
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • red pepper to taste

How To Make margo's spinach madeleine

    COOK SPINACH - DRAIN AND SAVE LIQUOR. MELT BUTTER OVER LOW HEAT AND STIR IN FLOUR UNTIL BLENDED AND SMOOTH. ADD LIQUOR SLOWLY - AVOID LUMPS. COOK UNTIL SMOOTH AND THICK. ADD SEASONING AND CHIUNKS OF CHEESE. STIR UNTIL MELTED. COMBINE COOKED SPINACH.
