Ingredients For linda's vegetable salad

  • 15 oz
    can white corn, drained
  • 15 oz
    can french style green beans, drained
  • 15 oz
    can peas, drained or garbanzos chick peas
  • 2 oz
    jar pimentos, drained
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    red or yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • DRESSING
  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    white vinegar
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil

How To Make linda's vegetable salad

    Mix all veggies in a bowl.
  • 2
    Bring sugar, vinegar and olive oil to a boil until sugar dissolves. Pour over veggies and chill
